It is with our deepest sorrow to announce that Mr. Syed Mamun Hussain, President Executive, The Optimists UK Branch has expired on Wednesday at 9.10 AM, October 20, 2004 at his residence at Epsom, Surrey, London, UK.

Mr. Mamun was a dedicated student leader at the post liberation period of Moulvibazar District. He was a very kind and soft hearted personality. His father late Syed A Gafur was a renowned person of Moulvibazar town.
